It's Monday,
Fitness Friends!

I hope you are all holding up and standing strong. I know my anxiety levels are very high. Fortunately, exercise alleviates some of that. While there are still some days when I just don't want to get out of bed... I do... and I push through. Because I know tomorrow is a new day, and I am one step closer to seeing my friends again!

Stretching Helps 

I've had a lot of pain in my lower back. For months now... 
So, one of my "quarantine splurges" was the purchase of an inversion table to help stretch my back out! It's been helping a lot. 
Now that we're all home-bound, we are most likely sitting more - which certainly does not help with pre-existing back pain. 
I'm sure that most people aren't going to hop on Amazon and buy the inversion table - so I thought I'd offer some stretches!

Quarantine Happy Hour Fun

I just wanted to share with you a fun happy hour I had last week. I miss socialization so much. Especially now with warmer weather just around the corner. Usually at this time of year, we are sitting outside at wineries with friends, or taking the dogs on fun trips to pre-season dog beach and the dog park. Well, last week, we decided to do a "Tiger King" Happy Hour with some friends.
