Ok... I have a lot going on. From my new class schedule, to my budding fitness website... I hope you have the chance to at least check out a free class! We all need to relieve our stress and stay in shape! 

Class Schedule

Here is my schedule for the week. How do you take these classes? You sign up for either $9.99 per month of unlimited access... or you pay per class for $5 per class. Both options are linked below! I took Cycling® off the schedule because no one seems to have a bike - and I want to give you classes you can take.

Freezer Friendly Meals

If you're anything like me, and you have a separate freezer in your garage, you went out and bought a bunch of meat when this craziness started. We've been living off of frozen meats and leftover meals recently. Creativity at its finest. Here is an article I found of 15 very freezable meals. Hope it helps!

I found this recipe for a "Wendy's Frosty" but I suggest adding chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder.
