New Opportunities! 

I am so excited to announce that starting on July 7th I will be teaching at a brand-new boutique cycling studio in Northeast Philadelphia! 
My classes will be at 8:15am and 9:15am every Sunday!

Stretching is so important! 

It always hurts my heart when people leave class early and don't stretch.

Stretching should be a part of your well-balanced workout routine, given the same importance as strength and cardiovascular training. When you stretch after a workout, you benefit from both physiological and psychological effects.

So please make sure you stretch... Even if you can't stay until the end of class!
