Health & Fitness Tips
That are Actually Science-Based

Should we eat saturated fat? How about complex carbs? Should we worry about total calorie intake or net carbs? There are so many different nutrition plans and guidelines - so many theories: keto diet, vegan diet, low-carb, low-fat.... how do you know what will work for you? 
Well, the answer remains unclear. 
 
But, I found this article that offers a few simple steps that can go a long way toward improving your diet and wellness. You don't need to follow ALL of them, but if you follow just some of these guidelines you will see improvement. 

If you’re trying to live a healthier life, don’t just focus on the foods you eat.
Exercise, sleep, and social relationships are also important.

Here are 27 health and nutrition tips that are actually based on good science.
