Forever FIT by Lauren Hanan

What is Forever FIT? It's a fitness program that is unlike others - Fitness: Individualed, Together. Forever FIT is the official name of my fitness program. This is unlike other programs. With Forever FIT, members receive individualized attention while at the same time growing as a fitness community. When you join Forever FIT, you are joining a fitness family support system, and I am the team captain. Each clients' needs and goals are individually addressed. If I haven't seen you in class for a while, you better expect a text or call! But, the more you show up the more you will realize that this is EXACTLY what you needed! Give it a try. Your first class is on me!

How important and amazing is that? 

Here's what she had to say! 

 
I've known Lauren for about 9 years and she has been my sister in law for almost 7! My husband Paul and I have two daughters; Brooklyn is 4 and McKenna is almost 6. He and I are both musicians and music teachers in Bucks County, PA. I was never able to do Lauren's classes before COVID due to locations and scheduling. So when COVID hit, I knew that it was time to join LH Fitness. I've been riding horses for three years, which has been a huge accomplishment and stress reliever in my life. When COVID hit, I was not able to go to the barn to ride; another reason why I joined LH Fitness. Since April, I've LOVED doing as many classes as I can. Other than riding, I have never worked out in my life. So the fact that I can keep in an hour-long Strong Nation class or kill my abs (I had two C-sections and ab work is tough) in Core Works class 4 months after starting to work out is huge for me. It also makes me a lot stronger and more balanced for riding, which is great. My biggest goal with LH Fitness is to keep it up as I transition back to the new school year. I'll be working out to the huge selection of recorded workouts since I won't be able to do most of the live classes.

That was the day my cousin Danielle died of leukemia. She was seven years old. Christmas would never be the same in our entire family. 
Each year, we celebrate Danielle's birthday (9/27) with a balloon release. But this year, we are also raising money to help fight cancer. 
My birthday is also in September. And so, this year, I am asking for donations to CHOP for my birthday (and Danielle's). Please help my family surpass our goal!
