DEMOLISH HUNGER

Tune in to 93.3 WMMR on Tuesday, December 3rd at 7:45am to hear my interview on the Preston and Steve show. GBCA is donating 67 tons of food to Philabundance during the Camp Out for Hunger event - and we are also the title sponsor of the Donation Tent, the "GBCA Demolish Hunger Donation Area." I urge you to come by Xfinity Live this week and donate some non-perishable food items to benefit Philabundance during the holiday season!

HEALTHY EATING DURING THE HOLIDAYS

Ok, so I did a pretty good job for thanksgiving. It's almost a saving grace that I am allergic to gluten, so it keeps me from eating a lot of really bad things - pies, cakes, breads, stuffing, etc. But, now we are moving in to the holiday season. I have to admit, I am the biggest offender of not eating all day so that I can "treat myself" at night. I know it's not good. So, I sought out some healthy tips for holiday parties and celebrations. Enjoy!
