Switch Up Your Workout!  

It is so easy to get in to a "regular routine," with your workout. Now, don't get me wrong, it is absolutely fantastic that you are working out regularly! And, I also LOVE seeing all of you at my classes each week (So don't stop!). But, it is important to switch up the regular routine once in a while. Whether you want to break through a weight loss plateau, build up different muscles, or maybe meet new friends; here are seven reasons why switching up the routine is of value. 

If your cardio is mostly cycling®, switch it up and try a Zumba® class! Or, try my favorite, STRONG by Zumba® if you are looking to work different areas of your body (I switch up the routine every few weeks so you are constantly training different muscles). 


Don't Have Any Equipment at Home? Try the Wall Workout! 

Check out this video I found! You can literally do a 20-minute workout with no equipment! Just find an open wall and go at it!

It's Time to Detox! 

Mike and I have decided to do a smoothie/ juice cleanse and detox after today. We will be celebrating our first anniversary in Cancun the week of 2/23 - 3/1, and we want to look and feel our best!
