So Much Home Cooking!
Well, Mike and I really stocked up. We weren't sure if we'd be able to order our Friday night Sushi... thankfully, so far, we can. Also, since I'm home all the time now, I have the time to cook! I really love to cook, so this new lifestyle is welcome for that reason. Here is a delicious low-carb, high-protein stir fry recipe!
Yummy Breakfast Smoothie
So, Mike makes the BEST smoothies. And, I'm fortunate (during normal life) that he pre-makes smoothies for me so I can just blend them in the morning and head out to go teach spin/ zumba/STRONG. But, now that I am home, we can make and enjoy our breakfast smoothies together! I love incorporating spinach in to my smoothies... and I love this one because it works in my favorite thing - GREEK YOGURT!
